All Comers Community RaceNike Cross Heartland All-Comers Community Cross Country Race Want to race, but you’re not in high school? Want to re-live your running glory days? Whatever your reason, whatever your level, we have a race for you. Come out to our championship course and test your running skills at Yankton Trail Park in Sioux Falls, SD. The race is for anyone who can run under 30 minutes for a 5k. If you register for this race, you must be able to complete the course in under 30 minutes or you may not be allowed to finish, as it is essential that we keep the meet on schedule. This race is open to all ages who want to race and can complete the course in under 30 minutes. Race day is Sunday, November 12; race time is 12:30pm. Come test your skills, and then watch the best teams and individuals in the region run for a chance to punch their tickets to the Nike Cross National meet in Portland, Oregon. The high school championship races are at 1:00pm (boys) and 1:30pm (girls). Sponsored By: Nike, Sanford Health, Dakota Splash Awards provided by Nike: Awards will go to the first-place team. Teams must be made up of at least 5 but no more than 7 runners. Teams may consist of all male, all female, or a combination of males and females. Awards can be picked up at the big tent (packet pickup) after the results have been posted. No awards ceremony will be held for this race. * REGISTER HERE. Once on the Unation website, click the “register” button for each athlete you would like to register. Multiple athletes cannot be registered on the same account. If entering as a team, be sure to include team name when registering each athlete. Registration Deadline: On-time registration deadline is Tuesday, November 7th, 2023 at 11:59PM.
