The Best Pre-Event Dinner in the Country

Competitors, Coaches, Parents, Families, Fans—All are welcome to the Heartland Pre-Meet dinner and program. We will begin our dinner promptly at 6pm and finish the festivities at 7:30pm, so you can get to bed before your big race!

To ensure that athletes get their fill of pasta, this year, we will have a buffet style dinner. We will have multiple serving lines to ensure we can get athletes served quickly.

6:00-7:30 PM
Doors open at 5:30pm.
The dinner program starts promptly at 6pm.
This is a buffet style dinner.  We have opening remarks promptly at 6pm, so please be punctual.
Please get there early to get your seat at the dinner.
Reserved sections for groups of 20 or more (tickets must be purchased on the same account). This accommodation is NOT a reserved table, but a section to help ensure large groups can sit together or at least in the same area.

Ramkota Exhibit Hall 3200 W. Maple St.

Why?
To eat dinner with your team, hang out with fellow runners, and meet a Nike professional runner.
What a great way to get ready for the big race!

What’s on the Menu?
Penne noodles with your choice of marina, grilled chicken, vegetables, breadstick, cookie, water/Gatorade

Have a dietary restriction?
No problem.  Gluten free noodles will be available on the buffet line, and there are no dairy or nut products included in the meal. Chicken and parmesan cheese are optional.

How much does it cost?
Just $20.00 per person gets you all this:

*Nike professional athlete
*T-shirt exchange--Bring one t-shirt to trade—only decent quality cross country t-shirts will be accepted. Turn in your shirt before you find a seat!

When is the deadline to order tickets? 
Monday, November 7 @ 4pm central time
Dinner will be limited to the first 1100 tickets sold. The dinner has sold out the last 10 years, so buy your tickets today.
No tickets will be sold at the door.  No refunds will be issued.

Where do I pick up my tickets?
Do not print the ticket from the registration site!
Your “ticket” is a wristband. Wristbands must be picked up at the packet pick up area at the course on Saturday, November 11th (noon-4pm) OR on site before the dinner, beginning at 5pm.
Please note, dinner wristbands are NOT in the athlete packets, but must be requested separately.
