Whether you're chasing a new PR, reliving your glory days, or just want to be part of the electric atmosphere of Nike Cross Regionals this race is for YOU.
Run the same championship course as the top high schoolers in the Heartland and experience what it's like to compete alongside the best before you kick back and watch them battle for a spot at Nike Cross Nationals in Portland, Oregon.
THE DETAILS
- Race Time: 1:55 PM sharp
- Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)
- Cost: $40.00
- Bonus: The first 500 to register score an exclusive Nike t-shirt — and they will go fast.
- Who Can Race: Runners of all ages who can complete a 5K in under 30 minutes
- Where: Championship course at Yankton Trail Park, Sioux Falls SD
AWARDS by Nike
- Top Team (5-7 runners, any gender mix)
- Top Individuals (Male & Female) in the following age groups:
12 & under, 13–17, 18–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+
- Awards are available at the big tent after results are posted; there is no formal ceremony.
